Ingredients

Serves 4 servin
  • 8 slicessalmon
  • 2large Onions sliced
  • 8 clovesgarlic cut lenghtwise
  • 4 tsplemon juice
  • 4 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 8Bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put Salmon filets in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients over Salmon.

  3. 3

    Let stand in the fridge for 3 hours

  4. 4

    Grill in large pan on high heat 2 slices at a time for 4 min each side

  5. 5

    Enjoy
