Ingredients

Serves 4 servin
  1. 8 slicessalmon
  2. 2large Onions sliced
  3. 8 clovesgarlic cut lenghtwise
  4. 4 tsplemon juice
  5. 4 tbspOlive oil
  6. 1 stickcinnamon
  7. 8Bay leaves
  8. Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put Salmon filets in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients over Salmon.

  3. 3

    Let stand in the fridge for 3 hours

  4. 4

    Grill in large pan on high heat 2 slices at a time for 4 min each side

  5. 5

    Enjoy
