Ingredients

  1. The original one
  2. 1Avocado
  3. 1garlic clove
  4. 1lemon
  5. The Kenyan one
  6. Add 1 tomato
  7. Halfonion

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the ovacado

  2. 2

    Squeeze lemon juice

  3. 3

    Crush the garlic

  4. 4

    You can use a blender to mix all together to a smooth paste.

    For the above one on the photo, slice onion into small dice and soak in salty water and rub in with tour hands. Seave

    Slice tomatoes into dice

  7. 7

    Mix all the ingredients together

  8. 8

    Serve with your pilau or favourite accompaniment.
