Ingredients

  • 200 gflour
  • 390 ggranulated sugar
  • 80 gunsweetened cpcoa
  • 100 gvegt. oil
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 230 gbrewed coffee (hot)
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspkosher salt
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • Filling
  • Ganache
  • 1 cupchocolate
  • 1 cupheavy cream

    Sift the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Combine Butter milk, oil,,eggs and vanilla

  3. 3

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add the coffee and stir to combine

  4. 4

    Bake into 8inch pans for 30mins.
