  2. 390 ggranulated sugar
  3. 80 gunsweetened cpcoa
  4. 100 gvegt. oil
  5. 2large eggs
  6. 2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 230 gbrewed coffee (hot)
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspkosher salt
  10. 2 tspbaking powder
  11. Filling
  12. Ganache
  13. 1 cupchocolate
  14. 1 cupheavy cream

    Sift the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Combine Butter milk, oil,,eggs and vanilla

  3. 3

    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Add the coffee and stir to combine

  4. 4

    Bake into 8inch pans for 30mins.
