  • 100 gmsflour
  • 25 gmssugar
  • 4 gmssalt
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 3eggs
  • Oil
  • 3 tbspLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs lightly then add the sugar,salt and lemon juice then milk.add flour little by little and whisk to correct consistency

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture in a pan in a dropping manner to form ago of shape

  3. 3

    Turn the other side to cook without Browning in a low heat.
