Ham and veg fried rice Ham and veg fried rice
LEFTOVERS!! My mom made a point to me the other day. She said ‘sherry, your shining moments are with your leftovers’ lol this time it was the leftovers AND veg that needed to be used before it went south. I tried it a little differently this time trying to get that really good charred taste you get from the Mongolian fry guy. This was not disappointing at all. ☺️I think the key things were having my ingredients prepped and ready, the iron skillet and the high heat. You need a good metal spatula that works well scraping also. SherryRandall: The Leftover Chronicles -
