I love the traditional full fat cream, eggs and enough sugar to mess up my brain!!
But....
Even though in here we have removed all the fun things to love about food, it is delicious!
It is creamy and tasty, although you do get a bit of the avocado taste in the end, it is very delicious and light.

I make this for people who are either gluten free or have issues with eggs, cream or sugar.
These are good to make for the kids so they get to have a treat and I can feel good about myself as a parent, but be aware that if has lots of cocoa in it,
therefore caffeine
Therefore very hard to kids to bed at the usual time!!

Ingredients

  1. 2avocados, flesh out, seed removed
  2. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  3. 1/3coconut milk
  4. 1vanilla pod
  5. 2-6 teaspoonstevia- depend how sweet you want it
  6. Punnetfresh or freeze dried or frozen raspberries
  7. 2 tablespooncrushed nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Split and scrape seeds from vanilla pod, add to food processor with avocado flesh, cocoa, and half milk. Blend till smooth

  2. 2

    Add more coconut milk till right mousse like consistency, add stevia till your desired sweetness.

  3. 3

    Fold half punnet raspberries through mix and serve in nice glasses. Garnish with sprinkling of nuts and top with few remaining raspberries. Put in fridge minimum 1/2 hr to set and serve.
