Ingredients

  1. 1 kgbaking flour
  2. Cooking oil
  3. 2 tablespoonSugar
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. Hot Water

Cooking Instructions

    Mix baking flour with sugar, salt, half a cup of oil then add hot water as you knead to in between soft and hard dough

  2. 2

    Cover the dough and let it settle for close to 15-30/minutes

  3. 3

    Make a big roll and smear some oil then fold it and cut into sizable pieces

  4. 4

    Roll the pieces into chapati size and shallow fry on low heat
