Zucchini Noodles with Peanut Sesame Sauce Zucchini Noodles with Peanut Sesame Sauce
Many times I ate cold take-out sesame noodles at my neighbors’ David and David, so I recently tried to make the sauce. Generally I use the sauce to accompany zucchini noodles (cold and raw) or spaghetti squash (cooked and warm).#vegetarian #vegan #appetizer #lunch #summer #refreshing #raw #zucchini #peanut #cilantro #ginger #tahini #noodles #sesame Ricardo -
My Husband's Favorite Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles My Husband's Favorite Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles
My husband loves ramen noodles, and he loves to eat instant noodles after drinking at home on his day off. Store-bought ramen noodles are not good for his health, so I don't want him to eat them often. I wanted to cook ramen noodles from scratch to make it a bit healthier. I tried to recreate the dish from our favorite ramen restaurant. Recipe by Silver dappuru cookpad.japan -

I thought the seasonings for the dish, "Goes well with Rice: Pork and Vegetable stir-fry" would also work great for stir-fried noodles. How to Make an Addictive Sauce for Chilled Chinese Noodles How to Make an Addictive Sauce for Chilled Chinese Noodles
My family like to top Chinese chilled noodles with plenty of veg so that sauce that you get with the noodles is never really enough...I want to use a lot so I always make my own now. This sauce is a little thinner than the sauce that you usually get with the noodles. You can adjust the concentration of the sauce with water and feel free to change the amounts of sugar and vinegar to suit your palate. If you're just making extra sauce to go with the original amount that comes with the noodles, then make half the amount shown here. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -
