Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1.carrots end bits and peelings washed
  2. 2.2potatoes cubed and peelings washed
  3. 3.1 bunchspinach washed and stalk washed too
  4. 4.1 bunchspring onion cut and pellings washed
  5. 5.handfull of pasta any type
  6. 6.chicken cube for flavour
  7. 7.ginger and garlic minced 1tablespoon
  8. 8.saltn pepper to taste
  9. 9.oil for cooking
  10. 10. few dhanias chopped
  11. 11.lemongrass

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    1a pot simmer all vegetable peelings plus onion peelings for like 20 mnutes until fragrant if you love meat this is where you add chicken bones or beeg bones,to make the stock which will be the base of your soup.Once cooked sieve and kerp aside.

    In a pot saute onions together with ginger n garlic paste and do not brown,add in lemon grass and chicken cube till well infused.

    Add in all veges except dhania cook for 5 mins to be fragrant and add in stock depending with the amount of vegetables 1 to 1 ratio

    Add your stock and cook for 15minutes or until vegetables are tende but not overcooked,remove lemongrass stalks now and add in dhania taste and serve hot
