Ingredients

  1. 1050 gFlour
  2. 10 gYeast
  3. 10 gSalt
  4. 60 gSugar
  5. 40 gWhite cooking fat
  6. 550-600 mlsWarm water
  7. Egg yellow food colour
  8. 1egg for egg washing

Cooking Instructions

    Weigh all your ingredients

    Make the dough same as for bread

  3. 3

    After knocking back our dough we scale into 450 g pieces

  4. 4

    Mould and place on the baking try, that is greased with the white cooking fat

  5. 5

    Give them sufficient time to proof,and form different shapes of bread baking time 30-35 mins, temp 200-220 degrees Celsius,

    You can egg wash before baking (optional), composition of egg wash(1 egg, vanilla essence 1 bottle top and water 2 tablespoons and mix) egg wash on the bread with a brush
