Cooking Instructions

Pearl yam and cut in to circle and oval shapes, wash tomatoes and onion and cut in to cubes shapes

Pour pan in to heat and put oil allow it to over heat then drain yam in to colander then put in the bowl add 2 pinch of salt and pour in the heat oil when it become little side brown it done set in the plate

In to pot add 2 tablespoon of oil add tomatoes onion and curry and 2 seasoning cubes stir until become watery beat eggs and add continue to stair until become no water then serve at the side of fried yam. Enjoy
