Ingredients

  1. 200 gliver
  2. Fresh tumeric
  3. Water to boil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 table spoonoil
  6. 1big bulb onion
  7. 3clovers kitunguu saumu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil your liver for 10minutes.drain excess water

  2. 2

    Fry your onions until golden brown, add kitunguu saumu,then tumeric.add your salt.stir

  3. 3

    Add your pre boiled liver,stir together,simmer for 15min,serve with ugali cabbage or rice.
