Ingredients

  1. 1lambs liver
  2. 1/3 cupflour for dusting
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1large onion sliced
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 3 tbspbutter
  7. 1 clovegarlic thinly sliced
  8. 1 tspfresh thyme chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Clean Liver and pat dry with kitchen towel. Put seasoned flour on plate dust liver until covered and shake off excess,set aside.

    Heat butter in a frying pan add sliced onions,garlic,thyme and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until softened. Make a whole in the fried onions and add Liver cook for a 5 minutes total (tip when juices appear on the top of the liver it's ready to be turned over.)

    Cook until slightly golden and crisp and put on a warmed plate,cover with onions and serve with toast and Ur favourite dip(ketchup,Brown sauce)

    ((((This dish can be made for dinner aswell,serve on top of creamy mashed potatoes,steamed veg,and gravy..))))))😃
