Ingredients

10 serving
  1. 2 kgmultipurpose flour
  2. 2 bowloil
  3. 2 tbssalt
  4. Water
  5. 3 tbsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all ingredients

    In a bowl add all ingredients except water

  3. 3

    Add a little water at a time

  4. 4

    Until it becomes a soft dough put oil and cover with a cling fling for 3 hours

  5. 5

    Make round circles it depends which size you want

    Roll into round circle

  7. 7

    Put oil

  8. 8

    Cut at the centre

  9. 9

    Start rolling

  10. 10

    It will become round

  11. 11

    Roll in to a big circle

  12. 12

    Put in a hot pan turn second side and apply oil

  13. 13

    When its brown turn second side and remove from heat

  14. 14

    Do the same until you finish them

  15. 15

    Chapati is ready
