Ingredients

1 serve
  1. 1mug of fresh milk
  2. 1/2nduma
  3. 1/2yellow sweet potato
  4. 2raw sausages
  5. 1Irish potato
  6. 1teabag (forest berries flavour)
  7. Sugar to taste(optional)
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the nduma and the sweet potato for about 15mins adding salt and allow to cool

    Boil the milk

  3. 3

    Deep fry the sausages and the already peeled Irish potato

  4. 4

    Slice the nduma and the sweet potato into desired shape and place them in a clean plate. Add the deep fried potato and sprinkle some tomato sauce

  5. 5

    Serve your milk and set the table.

    Breakfast is served. Bon appetite!
