Ingredients

  1. 1 largetortillas
  2. 2 cupCheese (of your choice)
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 3 slicebacon
  5. 1/4 cupMilk
  6. 3 tbspbutter
  7. 1/4 eachred, yellow and green bell peppers slice (optional)
  8. 1hot sauce (optional)
  9. 3sausages
  10. 1 smallpotato (diced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooked diced potatoes in vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Cook bacon and sausage in a cast iron pan

  3. 3

    Scramble the eggs lightly coat the pan with butter and add milk to the eggs

  4. 4

    Put all finished cooked product into large sealable container with shredded cheese

  5. 5

    Optional to add bell peppers and hot sauce

  6. 6

    Then shake container until mixed

  7. 7

    Make a quesadilla

  8. 8

    Then put mix onto the quesadilla

  9. 9

    Close it up and enjoy
