Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsbhindi
  2. 1 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspsaunf powder
  5. 3 tbspdhaniya jeera powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspwhole jeera
  8. 1 tspwhite til
  9. 1 tbspfreshly grated coconut
  10. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chop the bhindi. Cut into halves.

  2. 2

    Heat oil, add jeera and white til. Let it crackle. Add turmeric powder. Add the bhindi. Cover and cook.

  3. 3

    When done add the dry masalas and salt. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut.
