Steps

Soak beans in water for a few minutes, peel nd wash

Add ur Chilli pepper, red bell pepper, onion, ginger nd garlic then grind/blend into a smooth paste

Add salt, spices nd Seasonings to taste, add the Palm oil and spinach

Stir it nd add some warm water if needed
- 5
Grease the containers wit oil, put the Moi Moi paste and steam
- 6
Serve wit ur spinach sauce or any other sauce of ur choice
