This recipe is literally SO easy and everybody loves them! I've never had a complaint. Anytime I have to bring a dish anywhere, people actually request these cookies. They're wonderful! They're a very soft, very gooey cookie.

Ingredients

24 servings
  1. 1 boxcake mix - flavor of your choice
  2. 1/3 c.vegetable oil
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  5. 2 1/2 tsp.water
  6. Optional: powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    Mix ingredients together, one at a time, in exact order as listed.

    *I recommend using Betty Crocker brand cake mix. Pilsbury is next best. Duncan Hines makes a VERY thin batter and you have to add approximately 5 T. of all purpose flour to get it to a decent consistency and even then, the cookies do not turn out the same.

    Drop by spoonfuls onto VERY lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes.

    *When using a dark sheet, I suggest baking at 350°F.

    *If you coat the cookie dough in powdered sugar before placing it on the cookie sheet, do NOT grease your sheet.
