I like to change it up and use the different holidays cake mixes. This one is my Christmas cake cookies lol with each different holidays confetti cake mixes it fun to also change the names of the cookies.... ( was a big hit with my kids , taste like sugar cookies with a little of a cake texture . Also made this for a school fundraiser bake sale.)

I have always loved Ben and Jerry's cake Batter ice cream. After making these I realized I now had the same thing, but in a cookie. They taste just like it! Except not ice cream. Lol
