Cooking Instructions

Wash the cabbage first. Slice it and wash again with salty water. Drain and set aside.

Wash the lettuce first. Slice it and wash again with salty water. Drain and set aside.

Wash the cucumber and cut it in two. Dice half and slice half. Add the diced part to the drained lettuce and mix.

Scrape the carrots and wash. Grate it using grater and add to the drained cabbage but leave a little aside. Mix the cabbage and carrot together.

In a clean bowl, add the lettuce mix in a side and the cabbage mix on the other. Add in your sliced cucumber. Sprinkle the remaining grated carrot on it.
