    Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and make a well.

    Slowly add the water into the well as you work the flour in till you get a non-sticky consistency. Knead for about 10 minutes till it's soft. Let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough into small balls. These are your individual chapatis. Roll each out into a circle, apply oil and coil each till you're done.

    Roll them out to form a flat bread/chapati shape. Cook as you apply more oil when necessary till golden brown on both sides.
