  2. 1lime sliced
  3. 2garlic cloves
  4. 1 Dashsoy sauce
  5. 1 Dashoil
  6. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Place fillet on a board. Drizzle soy sauce and oil

    Transfer fillet on a foil arrange lime slices and garlic cloves. Sprinkle very little salt. Fold foil to envelope fillet well.

    Indirect grill for 20min. Serve plus the juices.
