I love ice cream and wanted to come up with a recipe to re-create a low calorie smoothie that tastes like melting ice cream!If you are using a hand mixer, mix the powder and condensed milk first then add milk to prevent the powder from flying all over the place. Finally, add the frozen bananas. The banana tends to blend in faster when you add it after powder is mixed with milk. A convenient way to use up leftover bananas that are ripening too quickly for you is to cut each one into rounds and freeze them. In the summer, we always have frozen bananas! I am putting this recipe in so I can just access it when I make my Black Russian. BTW I actually put less sugar in. Usually 1/4. The diabetic in my family actually makes normal sugar seem too sweet to me.
