Ingredients

  1. I kg flour
  2. 1/2 tbspsalt
  3. 1/2 tbspsugar
  4. 1medium size onion
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. I big carrot
  7. Hot water
  8. 1 bunchcoriander
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate carrots, onion and garlic. Chop the coriander

  2. 2

    In a bowl, pour the hot water add salt and sugar, stir until they dissolve. Then add the chopped ingredients

  3. 3

    Add the flour and knead thoroughly to a soft dough. It should not be hard.

  4. 4

    Add some oil to the dough and continue kneading. The oil also helps it from sticking in the bowl/sufuria. Cover it with a dump kitchen towel and let it sit for 30minutes

    Divide the dough into two roll it and divide by cutting into strips. Roll each cut and make a ball.

  6. 6

    Roll each ball and cook one by one making sure they brown properly.

  7. 7

    Serve with your favourite stew
