We are a family that love eggs as part of our meals. For this particular instance we scotched them to make them more mouth watering and had our appetite set high for the main meal.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare your ingredients and set them aside

In a medium bowl, soak yeast in warm water for 5 minutes then add sugar, salt and milk and mix.

In a different bowl, mix flour and paprika
- 4
Add the liquid mixture and margarine to the dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated
- 5
Place the dough in a floured surface and knead until it becomes soft
- 6
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about an inch thick.

Cut out 6 circular shape pieces from the rolled out dough enough to wrap the eggs.

Wrap each egg, cover the egg rolls and let it rest for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a pan until hot and fry the scotched eegs until golden brown turning once. (Do not overcrowd the pan)

Remove the scotch eggs and place them on paper towels to cool. Serve while warm of at room temperature
