Boil the irish potatoes til cooked.

Fry the onions, add salt or spices to taste. Add potatoes. Stir.

Add the maize, let cook for about two minutes then add the pumpkin leaves and stir till well incorporated.

Add a bit of water, about 150ml n let it cook for 10 more minutes.
Reduce the heat and mash everything together using a wooden spoon until all blends in well. - 5
Serve and enjoy!
