Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 1medium chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped green chilli
  4. few curry leaves
  5. forMasala
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspMaggie masala powder
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. Pinchmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    First soak poha for few mins and drain water, keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan, add oil.Add sarso seeds.. Add curry leaves. Allow to crackle. Then add onion and green chilli. Saute till golden.

    Now add poha and masalas, sauté well and cover it with lid for few minutes.

    Yummy Poha is ready.Enjoy it
