  1. 100 gramWhite part of water melon
  2. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder
  3. 50 gramkhoya
  4. 50 gramjaggery
  5. As neededdry fruits

    Boil white part of water melon in pressure cooker along with 1 cup water. Take 3 whistles at medium flame.

    Now mess white part of water melon and cook in wok till it's all water dries.

    Now add khoya and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add grated jaggery and cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    Cook till it become thick and leaves side of wok.

  6. 6

    Water melon rind halwa is ready,serve by garnishing with dry fruits.
