Ingredients

  1. 1 cupNgolo
  2. 2 cupsroasted esam
  3. Fresh prawns
  4. 1 cupNbe
  5. Pomo
  6. Crayfish
  7. Pepper
  8. Salt
  9. cubesKnorr
  10. Fish
  11. leafUzuza
  12. Palm oil
  13. Little Ofor
  14. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Put water to the pot the level you want put on fire once it boils you put your palm oil, crayfish pepper with little onion

    Allow it to cook for some time before putting the fish, and fresh ngolo, esam, prawns, pomo etc stir it and leave it to cook very well
