Ingredients

  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1 teaspoonwhole cardamom
  4. 1 teaspoonwhole cloves
  5. 1 teaspoonwhole peppercorns
  6. 1 teaspoonground ginger
  7. 2star anise spice
  8. 1whole nutmeg
  9. 2 teaspoonssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all your ingredients

    Add the spices and water in a sufuria

    Bring to boil and brew for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Add 2 cups milk and sugar brew for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Strain the chai and pour in a tea cup
