Cara Memasak

Semua bahan disatukan dalam mangkuk. Gaul sebati dan perap (ikutkan resipi asal perap semalaman, tapi hakak perap 30minit je)

Masukkan ayam ke dalam air fryer (ayam sahaja tau, bahan perapan lain jangan masukkan). Bakar pada suhu 160 darjah celcius selama 15minit.

Masukkan ayam dibakar dengan air fryer tadi ke dalam periuk. Tuang ke semua bahan perapan tadi. Masak atas dapur dengan periuk ditutup dengan tudung periuk. Guna api perlahan sehingga kuah 80% kering (ketika ini bau bawang akan menjadi wangi sangat). Tutup api.
