  1. Soybeans (soaked, washed and grinded)
  2. Tamarind (soaked in water)
  3. Oil
  4. Tomatoes(blended)
  5. Red chilli (grated)
  6. Onions (Grated)
  7. Maggie and salt
  8. Fried Guinea Fowl
  9. Baking powder
  10. Garlic (blended)
  11. Ginger (blended)

    Sieve soybeans that is grinded and put on fire to cook and add some grated red chilli n onions all together

    Cover the mixture to cook for some minutes n add small salt and Maggie

  3. 3

    Add soaked tamarind water and allow to hold itself together and sieve then keep aside to be cut as desired

    Deep fry it until golden brown n keep aside for use later

    Fry ginger and garlic in oil together with onions

  6. 6

    Add blended tomatoes and grated red chilli to be cooked all together

  7. 7

    Pour some amount of baking powder into the mixture to remove sour taste of tomatoes

  8. 8

    Add fried Guinea Fowl and chopped onions, Maggie and salt then turn until cooked to satisfaction

  9. 9

    Serve soybean Curd with Guinea Fowl stew and some salad or with dry pepper
