Ingredients

    Place liver in a sauce pan

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and seasoning

  3. 3

    Add grated onion and scotch bonnet

  4. 4

    Stir, cover and allow it to cook for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Add 1 teaspoon light soy sauce. Add 2 tablespoon oil. Stir for 1 minute.

  6. 6

    Add more onions. Add little water and cover it cook for 5 minutes till the liver is very soft

  7. 7

    Add boiled carrot

  8. 8

    Add boiled potato

  9. 9

    Stir and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.

  10. 10

    Remove from heat and serve
