Feel ur potato and cut according to your desired shape boil it and set aside

Per boil ur liver with onion garlic and black pepper

Pre heat ur pan an put ur grounded pepper and scotch bonnet

Add in ur per boiled liver and seasoning allow it to cook for 5 minute then u add ur egg and allow it to simmer completely

Put ur boiled potato in ur saving bowl and garnish with peas and carrot

Add ur liver source at the other side as you can see in the picture and serve
