Ingredients

  1. Sliced bread
  2. Minced meat
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Onion
  5. Egg
  6. Bread crumbs
  7. Seasoning
  8. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly cut the edges of ur sliced bread and keep aside

  2. 2

    Put ur minced meat in a bowl and add grind scotch bonnet and onion inside with a little seasoning and spices

  3. 3

    Set ur pan on fire with a little oil and fry the minced meat when it’s done keep it aside

  4. 4

    Fattened ur sliced bread and add the minced meat inside, then u roll it. When u come to d edge of the bread u will put some egg in order to avoid spoilage

  5. 5

    After then u deep the bread into d egg and later deep it again into the bread crumbs

  6. 6

    Then u fry it in oil
