  2. 1medium-sized Onion
  3. 3Bell Peppers
  4. 4medium sized Carrots

    Wash all your vegetables in warm salty water.

  2. 2

    Cut your vegetables to desired shapes and sizes

  3. 3

    Slice your sausage into desired thickness and shape.

  4. 4

    In a non- stick pan, pour your oil, add your onions and stir lightly.

  5. 5

    Now add your sliced sausage and fry under low heat.

  6. 6

    Dont forget to turn from time to time to prevent your food from burning.

  7. 7

    Add your salt and pepper to taste.

  8. 8

    When the colour turns golden, add your vegetables. You dont want to cook at the stage but steam. So turn off the heat and bring the pan down. Let the heat inside the pan cook the veggies

    Your food is ready. Can be served with yam, potato, plantain or rice.
