1/2Milkfish, split
to tasteSalt and Pepper
1 pcCalamansi/Lemon Juice
1/4 CupMayonaise
4Garlic cloves
Grated Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 150C

Season the Milkfish with Calamansi/Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper, Butter

Mix the Mayonaise with chopped garlic and place on top of the Milkfish
4

Sprinkle cheese and place in the oven to bake for about 20 mins until cheese is toasted.
