  1. 5Italian sausages
  2. 1red bell pepper; thick julienne
  3. 1yellow bell pepper; thick julienne
  4. 1yellow onion; thick julienne
  5. 2 cupMarinara sauce
  6. 1 cupPizza cheese blend
  7. 1 pinchcrushed red pepper flakes
  8. 1 pinchcelery salt
  9. 1olive oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Brown sausages slowly on both sides in a small saute pan or grill pan.

  2. 2

    Put a small amount of marinara in the bottom of a small saute pan or casserole dish. Layer sausages, peppers, onions, sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with celery salt and pepper flakes.

  3. 3

    Cover and bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°. Bake uncovered for last ten minutes. If sausages still aren't cooked and cheese is melted, cover and finish baking.

    Serve on baguette
