Sausages and peppers
out of the oven and plated-it's a bit juicey!
Cooking Instructions

In a Medium skillet, add 4 Tbs olive oil and heat until oil flows freely. Preheat oven to 350.

add sausages to skillet

fry until all sides are browned

in a Dutch oven or other oven safe large pot, add 1/4 cup olive oil and heat

meanwhile, slice peppers into medium slices the long way
- 6
slice onions into medium thick rounds

dice garlic and reserve
- 8
add peppers and onions, season with liberal salt and fresh ground black pepper and saute over high great until peppers and onions are browned

add diced garlic and saute another minute

Add browned sausages to peppers

cover pot, put in oven and cook 45 minutes

serve!

You can eat more healthy and still attain great flavors. Italian style turkey sausages keep the calories at bay. The sage which is optional really accents these sausages.
