  1. 7Potatoes
  2. 7eggs
  3. 5red dried Chillies
  4. 4 podsgarlic
  5. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  8. 15marie biscuits
  9. 4 tablespoonflour
  10. 1egg
  11. 1 cuprefine oil
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1onion

    Boil Potatoes and eggs.. Now mashed the boiled potatoes.Then take a pan heat it and add 3 tablespoons refined oil then add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds saute it for 2 second now add the smashed potatoes, half teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, paste of soaked red dried chilli with 4 pods of garlic, 1 table spoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves, 1 table spoon vinegar, salt to taste and fried it until golden brown.Keep it aside.

    Now cover the eggs with the potato stuff.Now cover the egg stuffed fried smashed potato masala.. Dip the egg stuffed potato masala into egg batter then biscuits powder then flour and keep it into freezer for 20 minutes.. Now take a kadhai heat it and add half cup refined oil then deep fry all the egg devils.Serve with sliced onion and tomato sauce.
