Ingredients

  1. 1hard boiled egg
  2. 1 tspmayonaisse
  3. Salt and pepper as per taste
  4. Some corn & pomegranate kernels
  5. leavesSome coriander
  6. 2cloves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the egg in water for5-7 min
    It's should be hard boiled
    Peel it once it cools down

    Cut it horizontally
    Scoop our the yolk in a small bowl
    Now with help of a scissors cut the edges of White shells in zig -zag

  3. 3

    Add a tsp of mayonnaise in the yolk bowl with slat and pepper
    Mash the yolk well with the help of a fork

    Now filling is ready

  4. 4

    Put the filling in the base White shell and place the other shell on the top

    To give a face look pierce the top shell with two cloves and a corn kernel in place of a mouth
