    Add all condiments and spices and cook until completely tender. We cook ours the whole day or night coz it’s a lot (around 2 rams)

    When it’s completely tearing apart then you should pound. Pound until mashed up

    Then in a pot, add little oil and put the grinded meat and then turn. Here’s the thing you could turn with a cooking spoon and all but non would give you a good result like “muciya”. Do it on the traditional itace stove too. On low heat as well. Turn until brown, takes us 45 minutes to 1 hour.
