Ingredients

  1. 5Hard boiled eggs
  2. 5medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  3. 2 Tspoil + for deep frying
  4. 1medium onion, finely chopped
  5. 2/3green chilli
  6. 1 tspgrated garlic
  7. 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. 1 tsproasted cumin and corriender powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  11. 1 tbsproasted peanuts
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  14. 2 tbspcornflour
  15. 2beaten eggs
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. as neededBread crumb

Cooking Instructions

    Take the mashed potato and mix salt, turmeric,roasted cumin and corriender powder, garam masala,green chilli and corriender leaves in it.

    Heat 2 tsp oil in A pan, add onions. Mix and saute till onions turn translucent. Add grated ginger garlic and fry them couple of minute. Add peanut and potato mixture.

    Add corriender leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool

    Divide the boiled eggs into two equal parts and sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder

  5. 5

    In the beaten egg,mix 2 tbsp cornflour because it helps the chops being crispy

  6. 6

    Now divide the potato mixture into equal portions,wrap around on boiled egg and make egg shape.

    Deep in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs

  8. 8

    Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the devils till golden brown on medium flame

  9. 9

    After remove the all devils drop the beaten egg in the hot oil with the help of sieve, forming a crispy net. Cover the devil in the oil with this net

  10. 10

    Serve hot with sauce and salad
