  1. 11/4 cuprice
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. Titus fish and vegetable oil
  4. Spicy, curry and salt

    Wash and cook your beans half done, wash your rice and cook together with the perboil beans. Cook until done.

    Wash your Titus fish with lemon /veniger /salt. Then fry it.

  3. 3

    Dice your onions, pepper, attarodo and green pepper. Used the vegetable oil that you fry fish with and fry the everything, put your spicy and curry then add your fry Titus till done.
