Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 2 cupsbeans
  3. Ajiono moto
  4. Salt
  5. Cabbage
  6. Onions
  7. Seasoning and curry
  8. Oil
  9. Grated peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the beans with some onions to almost done. The onions makes it cook faster.

    Wash and drain the beans.

    Parboil the rice and rinse it.

  4. 4

    Combine the rice with beans in a pot and add salt with ajiono moto and water mix and allow to cook till done and set aside.

    Then add grated peppers add seasonings and curry when almost done

  6. 6

    Add cabbage and spring onions stir for 2 minutes and off the heat.

    In a pan heat some oil add onions, ginger/garlic paste allow to saute

  8. 8

    Serve hot!!!!!
