Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupbeans
  2. Tattasai, scotch bonnet, onion
  3. Seasonings and spices
  4. Palm oil and oil
  5. Yaji

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and remove the outer parts. In a blender add the beans, washed tattasai, bonnet, onions, water and blend till smooth to make a batter, in a bowl add seasonings and spices, oil and stir, pour small small amount of batter in a nylon bag

  2. 2

    Pour water in a pot and boil then put ur moi moi and steam for 30mins. Serve with palm oil and yaji
