This sauce goes with white rice, fried yam, cous cous etc
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut and wash fish, put spices, onion and seasoning, keep it aside (marinate)for 15 minutes
- 2
After 15 minutes fry it in a hot oil, when it cool remove the fish bone
- 3
Saute grated Scott bonnet, red pepper, slice onion, then add fish, spices and seasoning, allow it to cook for 5 minutes
