Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbTomatillos quartered
  2. 1/2Jalapeno half seeded
  3. .4 gCilantro *adjust for taste
  4. 1med tomato
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 1 1/2 clovegarlic
  8. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  9. Pinchginger
  10. Pinchpaprika
  11. 2 ozOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Roast tomatillo, tomato, garlic and jalapeno in oven on high. Turning occasionally. **Garlic and jalapeno will finish first so remove when done**

    Remove and left completely cool. *Can place in fridgerator to do so* (This step is extremely important as it helps with body, flavor and retain juices)

  3. 3

    Using a food processor or strong blender add all ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.

    Refrigerate or serve immediately
