Ingredients

  1. 3 lbsRoma tomatos
  2. 1red onion
  3. 2yellow onions
  4. 4-6Jalapeño depending on desired hotness
  5. Cilantro
  6. Garlic
  7. Salt
  8. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onions

    Chop cilantro add to onions

  3. 3

    Chop Roma’s add to rest

  4. 4

    Add tablespoon of chopped garlic

  5. 5

    Add juice of 1-2 lemons

  6. 6

    1-2 teaspoonfuls of salt

  7. 7

    Mix well allow to sit overnight and check the next day for flavor then add more salt as needed. 2 days for optimal flavor
